One final step to Columbia Dam removal

BRUCE A. SCRUTON / NJ HERALD – A permit to remove the Columbia Dam on the Paulinskill has been issued and work can begin, with a break for the spring fish spawn, as soon as one final permit, permission to “de-water” the current lake behind the dam, is obtained.
