JOE MARTUCCI / PRESS OF ATLANTIC CITY – Saturday is National Beer Day: a day to celebrate the suds we love. However, climate change threatens to flatten the production of hops, meaning less pop in your top.

To some craft breweries, the impacts are believed to be so severe that in 2015, a number of leading craft breweries signed a “climate declaration” that states, in part:
