Why must it all be for sale?

New Jersey’s waterways, its air, its precious little undeveloped land.

Nothing, it seems, is sacred when it comes to powerful developers and political types who see only green. Green the color of money that is; not the green to be found in New Jersey’s state parks or its ever-diminishing public spaces.

Rather, the green of cold, hard cash.

New Jersey’s political class doesn’t just see this green; they are blinded by it. Even if the main benefit goes to other greedy political types across the Hudson River …
