JOAN QUIGLEY / JERSEY JOURNAL – There are 120 bills pending in Trenton relating to water usage. Most concern testing, pricing, quality and the composition of commissions regulating water supplies. Most are going absolutely nowhere.
One is important – and sure to be very unpopular. It’s a brave attempt to address a need growing more desperate by the year, but you still won’t like it.
