JEFF TITTEL / NJ.COM – We are heading into a climate crisis if we are not already there. It is happening globally and in New Jersey. While this is happening, our state is getting overrun with fossil-fuel infrastructure. We will never be able to achieve our 100 percent clean-energy goals and reduce greenhouse gases as long as we keep building new power plants and pipelines.

Gov. Phil Murphy talks about climate change but has been silent when it comes to fossil fuels.

That’s why we have joined more than 56 community, faith-based and progressive organizations in a campaign to call on Murphy to put a moratorium on all new fossil-fuel projects …
