Threat of lawsuit halts vote to derail controversial Pinelands pipeline

STEVE STRUNSKY / NJ.COM – A vote by a state panel that would have derailed a natural gas pipeline proposed for the New Jersey Pinelands was tabled on Friday, after lawyers for the company proposing the pipeline threatened legal action.
