SCOTT FALLON / NORTHJERSEY.COM – The chemical giant DuPont deliberately saddled its “fraudulent” spinoff company Chemours with billions of dollars in debt and environmental liabilities in an attempt to shed its expensive toxic cleanups, such as one in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey officials allege in recently filed court papers.
