TOM JOHNSON / NJ SPOTLIGHT – The Murphy administration’s draft Energy Master Plan falls far short of achieving its goals to curb climate-changing pollution and reach 100 percent clean energy in three decades, according to a coalition of environmental groups.

In a press conference on the steps of the State House Annex, environmentalists faulted the 108-page draft plan released last month for failing to impose an immediate moratorium on new fossil-fuel projects.
